Return/ Exchange Policy
1.Customer must notify us within 30 days of receiving shipment that they would like to return something. Samples will be invoiced if not returned.
2.Garments with patches or embroidery already sewn onto them cannot be returned. We may be able to make changes on already embroidered garments.
3. If the return is the a customer's ordering error, the customer may pay restocking fee and handling fee.
4. If the return is a shipping error, Paragon will correct the order.
5. Every item to be returned requires an Return Authorization Number (RA#).
